I am familiar with using Komodo Development IDE on Windows and Linux and they also have a Mac version. You can download Komodo here.
One of the GREAT featurs of Komodo is that when you buy it you get it for *all* of the platforms (instead of buying one for Win one for Lin and one for Mac). Nice!
